Description
Walking down 14th, across the canal, and crossing the ramp to Dock over to 14th street is very dangerous. In addition to a blind corner with last minute signs, there are large shrubs blocking the view of drivers taking the ramp to Dock street. There's a large lot on 14th where visitors to Shockoe Bottom use this path to work or enjoy the city, and their lives are threatened by crossing here. Cars drive at high speeds since they don't have to stop. There should be a stop sign or flashing lights.
