Description
Ivy and trees from the city right of way at the end of Accomac street have encroached 12-15 feet onto the road way. We are unable to clear or mow, the manhole and drainage has been completely covered by weed and ivy growth. each year it creeps another 2 or more feet forward, we can no longer see the guardrail or caution stripes on this dead end. Homeowners cannot get water to drain at 1909 since city property is overgrown. Small trees and privet have taken root in the asphalt as well
