Description

Hello: We love Richmond City. We live at 4501 Stonewall av 23225. There is a dead tree by the street or easement. Large limbs have fallen and we are worried a limb could fall and hurt our granddaughter. Last summer a limb fell on a family car. Luckily, there was no damage. Who can help us. We are old.
