Description
The brick sidewalk is falling apart with weeds growing between the bricks. There are raised bricks presenting tripping hazards, sunken areas and loose bricks. Much of the rest of the sidewalk on that block has been replaced but the sidewalk in front of 507 N. 21st Street remains a mess.
