Description
Entire block between Claremont/Nottoway Avenues needs repair and leveling. One resudent is putting diwn tree debris to supposedly help, it appears. Near 1628 there's a hole that fills with water enough to drown in. Several times this has been 'fixed'. I just hope no kid stumbles in the wet hole and drowns.
