Description

For over two months, there is a rectangular hole in the road that needs to be covered. In the left lane on Forest Hill at the intersection with Westower hearing into Richmond. Seems like a cover was taken off and never replaced. It is getting bigger and more dangerous that we have to move into the other lane to avoid due to its location.
