Description
Stratton Metals is a public nuisance. They do not care how people bring metal to their location, so stolen supercans and recycling bins get abandoned on public property outside the metal recyclers all the time. They should be cited for each bin abandoned outside their property until the learn to discourage theft from their customers. These wheeled bins need to be removed as they are an eyesore.
