Description

The current traffic signal at the intersection of Leigh and Lombardy has a flashing yellow turn light for Eastbound traffic turning Left onto Lombardy from Leigh. No one seems to understand how this works. My partner has been a victim of a hit-and-run TWICE at the intersection. Something needs to be done to make this intersection safer.

FYA is way tell the drivers to yield to the opposite traffic when making a left turn. It was installed to improve the safety at the intersection. No further action is needed.
