Description

Flashing lights in all directions in a 2 lanes each direction while thousands of Vha employees are driving to work. Makes for dangerous driving conditions as nobody seems to know what to do. It’s already dangerous when lights are ok during the day, as people run the red light constantly. Please return to regular pattern to allow a bit for safety

    Investigate all signal heads, ped heads, and the cabinet for damage wires. Inspect all aerial wires for damage. Replace conflict monitor.
