Description

Cars are flying down Bainbridge and multiple times per hour there is almost an accident at Bainbridge and 13th. There is a speed bump that was put up down bainbridge but it was paved over and not steep. Cars do not slow down for it and speed up immediately. Multiple speed bumps are needed on this street.
