Description
On the north side of the pedestrian crosswalk and signals for crossing Hull Street at 2nd is a storm drain and regular curb with no ramp or way for a person in a wheelchair/scooter to get on/off the sidewalk. On several occasions, I have seen someone stuck on Hull in the face of oncoming traffic because they can't get onto the sidewalk. This intersection needs significant improvements to pedestrian safety.
