Description
Signal at entrance to Wawa & Bonview Rehab. Vehicle presence sensors are either broken or disabled, causing the signal to default to a timed operation state -- so it runs through a full cycle at all times throughout the day, regardless whether there's any traffic waiting to turn left across Forest Hill from either direction, or waiting to cross Forest Hill after leaving Wawa/Bonview. The lanes for the nonfunctioning presence sensors in question are identified in red in the attached image.
