Description

At 7am all lights are flashing in a 4 lane road in all directions . Very confusing and dangerous as this aí the time vha employees are getting into work. Please fix the traffic light to regular activity.

    Investigate all signal heads, ped heads, and the cabinet for damage wires. Inspect all aerial wires for damage. Replace conflict monitor.
