Description

Honey Locust appears dead or mostly dead and is severely damaged by pests and disease. Tree was reported a couple of years ago and was being watched. 2 honey locust next door are currently being cut down and removed by the city. My tree is in the exact same shape as the 2 trees currently being cut down next door. Can the city cut down and remove my tree as well.
