to address the sidewalks along Rugby, particularly those in front of 2900 Rugby Road at the corner, as well as many tripping hazards on those sidewalks along Rugby in advance of this tour. 1000+ visitors will be walking on those sidewalks and we all want to make sure everyone enjoys the garden tour and is safe.
