Description

Overgrown vines hanging on power line causing powerline to significantly droop. Worried about droopage causing utility issues/fire hazard. Powerline located in rear parking lot behind assisted living center on Stonewall & W 20th in Manchester near Belle Isle. Parking lot can be accessed from Springhill Ave, drive straight into parking lot and powerline is in back right. Thank you!
