Description
There is a tree down on the right shoulder of Chippenham Pkwy, southbound between Stony Point Mall and Huguenot Road. Seems vehicles have hit the branches, based on debris on the white line marking the edge of the pavement. This tree is blocking the shoulder and a definite hazard.
