Description
City ROW issue due to Pear Street washout in drainage area, weak and disturbed ground soil and crack in City retaining wall due to land disturbance. From Pear Street pavement to the City ROW is a dangerous trench with washout ground material and a steep slope. Please forward to all appropriate departments as this seems to be a layered issue with pavement, drainage, curb and soil issues.
