Description

Please add four way stops to Kensington & Nansemond. Car do not yield to pedatrians, its very close to the school, and there is limited visibility when crossing Kensington in a car.

    All-way stops were requested before. The intersection of Kensington and Nansemond did not meet the warrants set forth in the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Traffic engineers must use the MUTCD to evaluate these requests.
