This will be the 3rd request I have put through for this in 2 yrs. Please refer to these requests: - DPW000078745 (CREATED 5/12/21. It was closed today with the comment “March 15, 2022 11:10 AM by Field Engineer. Pothole Maintenance has been concluded at this location”). - DPW000046479 (CREATED 2/16/20. Open with the last comment “January 21, 2021 10:40 AM by Field Engineer. M per wd, this location needs to be repaved, 1/20” THE ENTIRE BLOCK NEEDS TO BE REPAVED FROM WESTMORELAND TO CHANTILLY.
