Description

The tree outside this house is massive and one large limb has grown so large it stretches across the street. it droops into the street though and is consistently hit by large SUV's and trucks. It is a hazard as it will be hit and fall off one day hurting someone or something. It simply needs to be cut off but is on city property so neighbors do not think we can cut the limb.
