Description

The street and manhole on Commonwealth Ave between Grove and Kensington are badlly deteriorated and hazardous. The noise level eheb vehicles drive on tge surface is disturbing.

    This manhole in the intersection of Stuart Av. and Commonwealth Av. is the only manhole with any damage. It is causing no noise when run over. The manhole per GIS reading is Sanitary.

    Investigation found no impairments with the manhole or its lid. This request is being closed to SW and WW. Ticket will be shared with DPW for asphalt restoration around the top.
