Description
We have a lot of accidents at the intersection of 1400 and Bainbridge St. Neighbors have had their parked cars impacted by moving vehicle accidents as well. We have a safety issue. I believe individuals heading down 14th street toward Bainbridge and then Hull Street have a difficult time seeing oncoming traffic on Bainbridge St. This coupled with cars flying down Bainbridge St results in pretty regular accidents at that intersection.

- Staff · March 30, 2022A no parking sign exists on Bainbridge at 14th St looking to the south. A fire hydrant exists on Bainbridge at 14th St looking to the north. The latest three full years of reported crashes revealed two crashes in 2018 and one in 2019. The Fire Marshall does not support any additional speed tables on Bainbridge St given this is a critical emergency route. No additional measures are planned at this time.
