- Staff · March 30, 2022DPW must review the existing conditions as compared to the all-way stop warrants in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. This is a federal manual that all traffic engineers use for all-way stops. The intersection of Stockton St and E. 17th St does not meet the MUTCD requirements for an all-way stop. DPW is planning to install No Parking signs on Stockton St on the corners at E. 17th St to enhance intersection sight distance.
