Description

A yellow line is needed on W Franklin Street in the Museum District to appropriately separate traffic flow. Cars are incorrectly turning up a way one towards Monument Avenue and into oncoming traffic (see attached diagram). On 3/12/2022 there was an accident involving two vehicles due to one car driving up the one way (see photo).
