Description

Dead tree, previously reported as dangerous, needs emergency attention. Could kill someone. Tried calling emergency number, but no response. Tree has been dropping large limbs, heavy enough to smash a windshield. Currently there is a 6-foot long huge limb broken off but caught in other branches, still hanging in the tree. This could kill someone. Please send help.
