Description
There needs to be seasonal street cleaning of 19th St. and Grace St. in the Bottom (at 19th and Grace corner especially). I have lived here for over 2 years and the streets have never been posted for street cleaning. Large amounts of leaves and sand from snow plows have built up over the years. There is also a large amount of garbage in the storm drains.
