    An inspector has visited the location; there are contractors on site working on the wall and stacking the bricks; the inspector made contact with the contractor and advised that they needed to apply for a work-in-street permit (WISP); DPW will make periodic site visits as is customary for work performed under the terms of a City issued permit.
