Description
The timing of the light at the intersection at Laburnum Avenue and Chamberlayne Avenue needs to be adjusted. I come from the city down Chamberlayne avenue everyday. It used to let alot of cars thru the light to keep the flow of traffic moving. Now it only stays green for like 16 seconds per the timer on the pole, then the traffic from Laburnum avenue goes for along time. Now when I come thru , traffic is backed up and it takes me two to three lights to get thru the intersection.
