Description
From E Franklin 3008 to 3012 and down to 31st road paving is desperately needed. These new homes Have been here five years we were promised a sidewalk. we have put down gravel over and over again and it just runs to the bottom of the street and the corner of 31st St. we were promised when we bought these homes the city was going to put in a sidewalk we don’t even care about a sidewalk. Please take care of this with proper grading and paving. Its been 5 years!
