Description

This block of second Street between E. Hill St. and where it changes to Valley Road at the railroad tracks is constantly full of Litter. Public Works came out and did a great job cleaning it up about a month or two ago and now it needs to be done again. This needs to be put on a regular schedule. It’s isolated on the weekends and apparently people park there and leave all of their garbage behind. As a property owner on Valley Road I should not have to contact the city every time this happens.
