Description
On side of 3024 Hanes Ave Richmond 23222/Crawford Ave. There are 3 dead trees. Have not had any vegetation grow on them in multiple years and one has started cracking and leaning more. Today the bark dislodge at bottom. I suspect It has shifted during high winds on 3/7/22 and is now resting on the power lines. It appears unstable and likely to fully fall on power lines anytime now. It needs to be removed along with other 2 dead trees beside going up towards corner.
