Description
Corner of Cedar St. & Broad St. - horrible corner. Accident area where folks are rushing through trying to go on or off Cedar St. and folks speeding up or down Broad St. Either speed traps or there needs to be a four way stop sign or traffic light out there. In addition, speed traps should be put on broad and cedar. Police have always had to respond to the accidents due to their severity.

DPW-TED conducted Traffic Signal Warrant Analysis for this intersection, as a result the installation of Traffic Signal was warranted at this location. Public Works assesses requests as part of its long-term infrastructure planning for capital investment. Project funding has multi-year lead times prioritized by Mayor and the City Council. This request willbe closed and the data will be retained for future Capital Improvement Program funding analysis.
