Description

dead tree on city owned lot between 8701 and 8619 Arran Road, Richmond VA 23235...the tree has orange fluorescent tape near the base of it...this is my 3rd ticket for the same tree with no resolution...I fear the tree will fall over during a storm and hit my house

    Will send crew out after leaf out to determine which tree is in question. Could not find a dead tree when I did my assessment and there was no orange at the base of any tree either.
