Description
The block of West Franklin Street between Westmoreland and Chantilly Streets is in terrible shape. There are numerous potholes and large missing sections of pavement, which makes the road bumpy, uneven and hazardous to navigate. Drivers must swerve to avoid the holes, which is dangerous when cars are coming in the opposite direction, and it is also a safety hazard for the many walkers and bikers. This is one of the most damaged blocks of road in the city and has been neglected for years.
