Description
The cobblestone in between 13 and 15 N 17th has sunken in multiple locations and nasty dirty water pools up and festers. It smells really bad and is quite nasty to look at. They also catch all the trash and debris from the surrounding restaurants and it looks really trashy, considering the city took years to fix the market and spent all this money, and this alley looks horrible.
