Description
the street I live on Welford Ave & Woody's lane is in terrible condition. I cannot leave out of the neighborhood via wood's lane in fear of falling into a sink hole at the end of the street. Water is constantly coming up through the pavement. All of the streets in this neighborhood are in terrible condition. South Richmond especially the Broad Rock corridor is in terrible condition. There is an empty lot at Broad Rock & Walmsley that is full of trash & overgrown. It is an eye sore.
