Description
This is my 2nd request. 1st request was closed as fixed but this has not been fixed. Left turn signal from Semmes onto Cowardin going towards downtown DOES NOT change to green..i sat again for another 15 minutes watching every other light switch from green to yellow to red. This signal stays on red. This forces all of the cars that are stuck waiting to run the light or enter back into traffic. 2 Fridays in a row at 5pm at this same loght with the same issue. This has not been fixed , unsafe
