THE STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF CLAY AND NORTH MONROE STREETS IS DOWN. THE STOP SIGN, ORIGINALLY PLACED AT THE CORNER OF THE 300 BLOCK OF CLAY (ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE) IS NOT VISIBLE TO THE MOTORISTS TRAVELING WEST ON CLAY.
