Description

Yield sign has been missing for months - I sent in a 311 request on 22 Nov - NOTHING appears to have happened. Traffic going from Blanton to Rugby has the right of way, but, since the sign is missing on Garrett, traffic on Garrett appears to have the right of way into the path of traffic Blanton to Rugby. It is a confusing intersection already - as Blanton, Garrett, Rugby and Park converge there (plus a road to Barker field and two entrances to a parking lot.
