Description

Graffiti is in between two locations which are (Plum & Harvey 1411-1425 block) in the Small Alley. The backs of all the driveway garages are also full of graffiti and these locations are between (111 & 109 Plum) These are private homes and apartment houses that isi why this ticket underneath of Private Property.
