Description

The pedestrian signal countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of Franklin Street and N Foushee Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling west on Franklin Street on the left side of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
