Description

Garbage and recycling cans are always on the N. Morris sidewalk of 1300 Floyd Ave apartments. The public garbage can in front of 1300 Floyd is also always overflowing with garbage. These areas are directly across from VCU’s childcare facility and I am sure it attracts rats. It makes the neighborhood ugly as well.
