Description

Tree ID: 33804 in front of my home at 1713 N.24th St was removed last year, leaving the stump. Crews put up no parking signs in preparation it's removal shortly after, but the designated day was rained out and nobody ever came back and the stump is still there. The same situation is true of a stump in front of my across-the-street neighbor at 1710. Maybe you guys could do a twofer.
