Description

We entered a request (DPW000041549) on 12/13/2019 after a resident in a wheelchair reported they fell due to the uneven apron beside the sidewalk on W 20th Street.There are two apron areas that need to be repaired.One off of the sidewalk on W 20th St near the parking lot entrance and the other off of the sidewalk on W 20th St in front of the dumpster enclosure.The previous request was closed out and I do not see any notification in my email.Trip Hazzard.
