Description
The stretch of Government Road from Williamsburg Road to Stony Run Parkway, and along Stony Run Parkway to the train tracks is heavily covered in litter. I pick up multiple bags a week and it barely puts a dent in the problem. This area is alongside Gillies Creek, which leads directly into the James within half a mile, so much of the litter ends up in the river each day. It is so sad and I cannot do this alone. Please help!
