Description
The tree is oversized for the location. It has lifted the sidewalk so you cannot pass in a wheelchair. Last week I had to assist a older gentleman in his electric chair. The roots caused his cart to get wedged in my fence . My gate is now only 60% operational due to the push and lean the roots are causing on the post. I would like a smaller tree to replace the current pin oak tree.
