DUPLICATE SR# 447620 Tree fell, Dominion notified. No clearance or safety issues to the public.

Spoke to citizen by phone. Not a tree, more like a large shrub. Fell in an unmaintained utility easement. Occurrence is completely contained within the easement and can't be seen behind the citizen's fence. Can't be accessed except by entering private property. No interruption of any utility service or municipal services. No hazards and no impacts to any persons or to property. Ticket completed.
