Description
The alley behind 2 W Marshall St, between 1st and Adams is in total disrepair. There are huge ruts and many missing cobblestones; as well as, debris from the surrounding home's trash cans and dumpsters. This was submitted quite some time ago. Please follow up. Any time line of this issue being addressed?
