Description
The area across the street from the market at 25th is always busy with lots of foot traffic. It is mostly used by local residents who are older or handicapped. People who need to be in a motorized wheelchair are riding down the middle of the street because there is no sidewalk on that side of 24th st. The area is already worn down by people walking and so it gets very muddy and slippery when it rains or snows causing a danger.
